DCA Thrift Shop Manager

There’s never been a more exciting time at the DCA Thrift Shop, and we’re looking for an energetic, experienced leader to help lead its next chapter.

Founded in 1931, the DCA Thrift Shop has long been a beloved community resource, welcoming thousands of shoppers from Darien, Stamford and Norwalk while keeping tens of thousands of items out of landfills each year.

Today, there is tremendous momentum behind the shop. A recent Harvard Business School Community Partners project has given us thoughtful, actionable recommendations for the future. We’ve refreshed our spaces, welcomed new volunteers, and have even been featured on national  television (That Thrifting Show).

We’re looking for a hands-on Thrift Shop Manager with strong retail chops, who loves all things thrift and is excited by the opportunity to build on this momentum. The right person will be a natural team leader and a collaborative partner who enjoys working with volunteers, customers and the broader DCA team.
