Walk for Wellness
The DCA and WaveStrong are proud to partner on this special event. Let’s come together as a community this World Mental Health Day with a casual walk on the beautiful DCA nature trail. Walking side by side is a wonderful way to connect, show support for mental health, and join in Darien’s WaveStrong Initiative. We’ll begin with a calming meditation led by Meaghan Hetherington, LCSW, and then enjoy an easy walk followed by coffee and conversation. Spending time outdoors and with each other is one of the simplest — and most meaningful — ways we can care for our mental well-being.
