Join our Greenhouse Group for a fun, hands-on morning as we work together to tidy, prune, and prepare the garden for the season ahead. Along the way, we’ll share some interesting history about the garden and learn more about Ellen Biddle Shipman, the pioneering female landscape gardener and architect who designed the DCA’s Formal Garden.

Come dressed to work and bring your favorite gardening tools—gloves, pruners, shovels, and more. As you work alongside this talented group of gardeners, you’ll pick up helpful tips and inspiration to use in your own garden.

All are welcome—and after the clean-up, stay for lunch on us!
