The 203 Project
In 2024, as part of The 203 Project: A Sustainable Showhouse, we invited local designers, sponsors and special partners to take the DCA from house to home by giving interior and exterior spaces a “glow up.”
Uniquely focused on sustainability and community, The 203 Project challenged designers to embrace existing floor plans and layer new furniture along with reimagined and repurposed pieces to create sophisticated and communal spaces to that will remain and leave a lasting impact in our on the community.
